Korostyshiv Dojo

Kyokushinkai Karate in Korostyshiv is a training section led by Maksym Lanovyi and affiliated with the Zhytomyr Regional Kyokushinkai Karate Federation in Ukraine.

Kyokushinkai Karate is a full-contact style of karate that combines technical proficiency, physical conditioning, and mental resilience. Training focuses on mastering fundamental techniques, practising strikes and defensive movements, and developing strength, endurance, coordination, and fighting skills.

Discipline, perseverance, and respect for training partners and opponents are integral to the training process. Regular practice helps students progressively improve their technique, strengthen their physical fitness, and build confidence in their abilities.

As part of the Zhytomyr Regional Kyokushinkai Karate Federation, the section contributes to the development of this martial art in the region. Training provides a foundation for continued athletic progress and, as skills develop, participation in competitions.
