Dojo "Budo"

Dojo Budo is a Kyokushin Karate dojo in Ukraine operating under the National Federation of Kyokushinkai Karate Union of Ukraine. The dojo is led by coach Natalya Zajats, who is involved in the development and training of Kyokushin Karate practitioners.

Training at Dojo Budo is based on the fundamental principles of Kyokushin Karate and focuses on the systematic development of technical skills, physical fitness and fighting abilities. Classes include kihon, kata, kumite, physical conditioning and partner exercises, with training adapted to the experience and goals of each practitioner.

The dojo provides an opportunity for both beginners and experienced karate practitioners to develop their skills in a structured training environment. For athletes interested in competition, training can include additional preparation focused on kumite, physical conditioning and tournament requirements.

Under the guidance of Natalya Zajats, Dojo Budo represents the Kyokushin Karate tradition within the National Federation of Kyokushinkai Karate Union of Ukraine and provides regular training for practitioners who want to develop their technique, physical abilities, discipline and competitive skills.
