Monolit

SC Monolit is a Kyokushin Karate club based in Kyiv, Ukraine, founded in 2015. The club develops Kyokushin Karate among children, teenagers, and adults, combining systematic training, physical and technical preparation, discipline, and competitive experience.

The club is led by Viktor Nguyen, a Ukrainian Master of Sport and athlete with more than 20 years of experience in Kyokushin Karate. He has over 10 years of coaching experience and has competed at national and international levels, becoming a Ukrainian Champion and European Championship medalist.

Training at SC Monolit includes fundamental techniques, kihon, kata, kumite, physical conditioning, and the development of speed and strength. Particular attention is given to discipline, endurance, mental strength, and the consistent development of athletes. The club offers training for different age groups and levels of experience.

SC Monolit athletes participate in national and international competitions, representing the club at a high level. The club also takes an active role in organizing Kyokushin Karate tournaments, while Viktor Nguyen has experience in judging and working at martial arts events.

SC Monolit combines the extensive experience of its head coach, systematic training, and competitive practice, providing an environment for athletes to develop their skills and progress in Kyokushin Karate.
