IPPON Dojo is a Kyokushin Karate club founded in Warsaw in 2010 by Sensei Paweł Orysiak and Sensei Marianna Sulima Nurkiewicz. Over the years, the club has developed a strong training community and continues to introduce children, teenagers, and adults to Kyokushin Karate.
The dojo focuses on building a solid technical foundation through kihon, kata, kumite, and physical preparation. Training is adapted to different ages and levels of experience, allowing beginners to develop step by step while more advanced practitioners can work toward competitive goals. Particular attention is given to discipline, physical fitness, perseverance, and the personal development that comes with regular martial arts practice.
Competition is an important part of the club’s activity. IPPON athletes participate in tournaments at regional and national levels, with selected competitors also representing the club at European Championships. The training process gives athletes the opportunity to gain practical experience, test their skills under pressure, and continue improving through competition.
Beyond regular classes, IPPON Dojo organizes training camps, additional courses, individual sessions, and activities for younger practitioners. The club also introduces children to martial arts at an early age, helping them develop coordination, confidence, discipline, and positive training habits.
With more than a decade of continuous activity, experienced instructors, and a focus on both martial arts education and competitive development, IPPON Dojo has become an established Kyokushin Karate club in the Warsaw area.
