SC "Karate Kyokushinkai Sofia"

SK “Kyokushin Karate Sofia” is a Kyokushin Karate club based in Sofia, Bulgaria, led by coach Teodora Mladenova. The club promotes the practice of Kyokushin Karate, combining traditional martial arts values with physical development, technical training, and a strong fighting spirit.

Training focuses on developing fundamental karate techniques, kata, kumite, physical fitness, coordination, endurance, and discipline. Through regular practice, students develop confidence, perseverance, self-control, and respect for others.

Coach Teodora Mladenova brings valuable competitive experience to her teaching. She is an accomplished Kyokushin Karate athlete with achievements at national and international level, including European and Balkan championships in kata and kumite.
