These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the FIGHTO MAP website, platform, directory, accounts, listings, subscriptions, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).

By accessing or using FIGHTO MAP, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Service.

1. About FIGHTO MAP

FIGHTO MAP is a global online directory designed to help users discover martial arts clubs, dojos, instructors, federations, organizations, and equipment manufacturers.

The platform allows users to search for martial arts locations, create and manage listings, claim existing listings, publish relevant information and media, and access optional paid features.

FIGHTO MAP is a directory and information platform. It does not operate the clubs listed on the platform and does not guarantee the quality, safety, availability, or services of any club, instructor, federation, organization, manufacturer, or other third party listed on the platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have the legal permission of a parent or guardian to use the Service where required by applicable law.

By usingFIGHTO MAP, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the necessary rights and authority to submit information or content to the platform.

3. User Accounts

Some features require a FIGHTO MAP account.

You are responsible for:

1. Providing accurate information.
2. Keeping your login credentials confidential.
3. Maintaining the security of your account.
4. Updating your information when it changes.
5. All activity performed through your account.

You must not create an account using another person’s identity or impersonate another person, club, organization, or business.

4. Free and Paid Plans

FIGHTO MAP may offer both free and paid account plans.

Basic Plan

The Basic plan is available without a subscription fee.

The Basic plan provides access to core features of the platform.

Features available under the Basic plan may change as FIGHTO MAP develops.

Paid Plans

Paid plans may provide additional features, which may include:

1. Additional photos.
2. Video support.
3. Social media links.
4. Additional profile information.
5. Increased visibility.
6. Other premium features described on the Pricing page.

The features available under each plan are displayed before purchase.

5. Club and Instructor Listings

FIGHTO MAP may contain listings for clubs, dojos, instructors, federations, organizations, and manufacturers.

A listing may be:

1. Created directly by a registered user.
2. Created by a club owner or instructor.
3. Created by an authorized representative.
4. Created by FIGHTO MAP administration.
5. Created using information obtained from publicly available sources.
6. Created using information provided directly to FIGHTO MAP by a club, instructor, organization, or representative.

6. Publicly Available Information

FIGHTO MAP may create or update listings using information available from public sources.

These sources may include:

1. Official club websites.
2. Instructor websites.
3. Federation websites.
4. Public social media profiles.
5. Public business pages.
6. Public directories.
7. Other publicly accessible online sources.

This may include publicly available information such as:

1. Club name.
2. Instructor name.
3. Location.
4. Training schedule.
5. Website.
6. Social media profiles.
7. Public contact information.
8. Club description.
9. Photos or other publicly available media.

The purpose of using publicly available information is to make the directory more useful and help users discover martial arts clubs and instructors.

FIGHTO MAP does not claim ownership of information belonging to clubs, instructors, organizations, or third parties.

7. Information Provided by Clubs and Instructors

Clubs, instructors, organizations, manufacturers, and authorized representatives may provide information directly to FIGHTO MAP for publication.

By submitting information, you confirm that:

1. The information is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
2. You have the right to provide the information.
3. You have permission to publish any photographs, videos, logos, or other media you submit.
4. The content does not violate applicable law or third-party rights.

8. Claiming an Existing Listing

A club or instructor may already have a listing on FIGHTO MAP before the owner or instructor creates an account.

If you find your club or instructor listing on FIGHTO MAP, you may request access to the existing listing.

The Claim Listing process may require you to:

1. Find the existing listing.
2. Select Claim Listing.
3. Create or sign in to your FIGHTO MAP account.
4. Provide information demonstrating your connection with the club or listing.
5. Complete additional verification if requested.
6. Receive approval from FIGHTO MAP

If approved, the existing listing may be connected to your account.

Claiming a listing does not create a duplicate listing.

FIGHTO MAP may request additional information or documentation to verify ownership or authorization.

9. Managing a Claimed Listing

Once a listing has been successfully claimed, the authorized account may be able to manage information associated with that listing.

Depending on the account and subscription plan, this may include:

1. Club information.
2. Instructor information.
3. Training schedule.
4. Contact information.
5. Photos.
6. Videos.
7. Social media links.
8. Website.
9. Description.
10. Other available profile information.

All information remains subject to these Terms and our content policies.

10. Accuracy of Information

FIGHTO MAP attempts to provide useful and accurate information but cannot guarantee that every listing is complete, current, or error-free.

Information may change without notice.

Users should independently verify important information, including:

1. Training schedules.
2. Prices.
3. Club addresses.
4. Instructor availability.
5. Contact information.
6. Club affiliations.
7. Services offered.

FIGHTO MAP is not responsible for decisions made solely on the basis of information displayed on the platform.

11. Requesting Corrections or Removal

If you believe that information about you, your club, or your organization is incorrect, outdated, misleading, or should no longer be publicly displayed, you may contact us.

Requests may be submitted by:

1. Club owners.
2. Instructors.
3. Authorized representatives.
4. Persons whose personal information is displayed.
5. Other persons with a legitimate reason for the request.

FIGHTO MAP may request additional information to verify the request.

Where appropriate, we may correct, update, restrict, or remove information.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

12. User Content

Users may submit content including:

1. Text.
2. Photos.
3. Videos.
4. Logos.
5. Descriptions.
6. Links.
7. Club information.
8. Instructor information.
9. Business information.
10. Other media.

You retain ownership of content that you own.

By submitting content to FIGHTO MAP, you grant FIGHTO MAP a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, format, and distribute that content as necessary to operate, maintain, and promote the Service.

You represent that you have the necessary rights to grant this license.

13. Content Must Be Relevant

FIGHTO MAP is a martial arts directory.

Content published on a club, instructor, federation, organization, or manufacturer profile must be relevant to the purpose and activity represented by that profile.

Users must not use FIGHTO MAP listings to promote unrelated websites, services, products, businesses, or activities.

14. Prohibited Content

The following content or activity is prohibited:

1. Content unrelated to the listed club, instructor, federation, organization, or manufacturer.
2. Unrelated advertising or promotional content.
3. Links to unrelated third-party websites.
4. Gambling, casino, betting, or similar services.
5. Adult or sexually explicit content or services.
6. Promotion of sexual services.
7. Content promoting illegal activities.
8. Content promoting violence or violent activities unrelated to legitimate martial arts training or competition.
9. Malware or malicious software.
10. Phishing websites.
11. Fraudulent websites.
12. Content designed to collect or steal personal information.
13. Content designed to collect passwords, payment information, authentication codes, or other sensitive information.
14. Misleading or fraudulent information.
15. Spam.
16. Content that infringes copyright, trademarks, privacy rights, or other third-party rights.
17. Content that violates applicable laws.
18. Any content that FIGHTO MAP reasonably considers harmful, abusive, deceptive, fraudulent, or inconsistent with the purpose of the platform.

15. Content Moderation

FIGHTO MAP is a curated directory and reserves the right to review and moderate content published on the platform.

FIGHTO MAP may, at its discretion and where permitted by applicable law:

1. Edit information.
2. Correct information.
3. Remove information.
4. Remove photos or videos.
5. Remove links.
6. Reject submitted content.
7. Hide a listing.
8. Restrict profile functionality.
9. Suspend a listing.
10. Request additional information.
11. Request verification.
12. Suspend an account.
13. Permanently terminate an account.

We may take action when content or activity violates these Terms, our policies, applicable law, or the purpose and integrity of FIGHTO MAP.

FIGHTO MAP may proactively review content and does not need to wait for a complaint before taking moderation action.

16. Links and Third-Party Websites

Users may only publish external links that are relevant to the club, instructor, organization, manufacturer, or activity represented by the listing.

FIGHTO MAP may remove any link that is:

1. Unrelated.
2. Misleading.
3. Malicious.
4. Fraudulent.
5. Unsafe.
6. Used for data collection or phishing.
7. Connected with prohibited activities.

FIGHTO MAP is not responsible for the content, security, privacy practices, or availability of third-party websites.

17. Verification

FIGHTO MAP may offer verification for selected clubs, instructors, organizations, or listings.

Verification means that FIGHTO MAP has reviewed certain information or confirmed a connection with the listing.

Verification does not guarantee:

1. The quality of the club.
2. The quality of instruction.
3. The safety of training.
4. The legality of the organization.
5. The accuracy of every piece of information.
6. Any particular result or service.

FIGHTO MAP may revoke verification at any time if information becomes inaccurate or the listing no longer meets verification requirements.

18. Subscriptions

Paid subscriptions are governed by our Subscription Terms.

By purchasing a paid plan, you agree to:

1. The selected subscription price.
2. The applicable billing period.
3. Automatic renewal where applicable.
4. The Subscription Terms.
5. The applicable payment terms.

Subscription payments are generally non-refundable after payment, subject to any mandatory rights provided by applicable law.

19. Cancellation

You may cancel your paid subscription at any time through your account settings where this functionality is available.

Cancellation stops future renewal charges.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law:

1. Your paid features remain available until the end of the current paid period.
2. Cancellation does not create a right to a partial refund.
3. Your account may continue using the Basic plan after the paid period ends.

Additional subscription rules are described in the Subscription Terms.

20. Account Suspension and Termination

FIGHTO MAP may suspend or permanently terminate an account if we determine that the account, listing, content, or activity:

1. Violates these Terms.
2. Violates our policies.
3. Violates applicable law.
4. Contains prohibited content.
5. Involves fraudulent activity.
6. Attempts to collect or steal user data.
7. Uses malicious or deceptive links.
8. Abuses the platform.
9. Attempts to circumvent platform restrictions.
10. Creates a security or legal risk to FIGHTO MAP or its users.

Depending on the circumstances, suspension or termination may occur without prior notice.

21. Paid Accounts After Violation

A paid subscription does not guarantee continued access to FIGHTO MAP.

FIGHTO MAP may suspend or terminate an account even if the account has an active paid subscription or a significant amount of paid time remaining.

If an account is suspended or terminated because of a violation of these Terms or other applicable policies:

1. Access to paid features may be immediately disabled.
2. The listing may be removed or hidden.
3. The remaining subscription period may be forfeited.
4. No refund, credit, or compensation will be provided for any unused portion of the subscription, regardless of the remaining subscription period.

This applies whether the remaining subscription period is days, months, or a longer period.

Nothing in this section excludes or limits rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

22. Account Deletion

Users may delete their FIGHTO MAP account where account deletion functionality is available.

Users may also contact:

to request account deletion or deletion of personal information.

Account deletion does not necessarily mean that every public listing associated with the account will automatically be removed.

A listing may have been independently created by FIGHTO MAP using publicly available information.

Requests concerning personal data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection law.

23. Intellectual Property

FIGHTO MAP and its original content, software, design, graphics, trademarks, logos, and other materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not:

1. Copy the platform or its design.
2. Reproduce substantial portions of the directory.
3. Scrape or systematically collect data without permission.
4. Republish FIGHTO MAP data commercially without authorization.
5. Reverse engineer the Service except where permitted by applicable law.
6. Use FIGHTO MAP trademarks without permission.

Third-party trademarks, logos, names, and content remain the property of their respective owners.

24. Automated Access and Scraping

You may not use bots, crawlers, scrapers, automated systems, or similar technologies to systematically collect information from FIGHTO MAP without our prior written permission.

This restriction does not prohibit legitimate search engine indexing where permitted by FIGHTO MAP.

25. Service Availability

We aim to keep FIGHTO MAP available and reliable.

However, we do not guarantee that the Service will always be:

1. Available.
2. Uninterrupted.
3. Error-free.
4. Secure.
5. Free from technical problems.

The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, technical problems, security incidents, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

26. Disclaimer

FIGHTO MAP is a directory and information platform.

We do not guarantee:

1. The accuracy of every listing.
2. The availability of a particular club.
3. The quality of any instructor.
4. The quality or safety of training.
5. The accuracy of user-submitted information.
6. The accuracy of information obtained from public sources.
7. The services or products offered by third parties.
8. The behavior of users, clubs, instructors, or organizations.

Users should independently verify information before relying on it.

27. Third-Party Relationships

FIGHTO MAP does not become a party to agreements between users and clubs, instructors, federations, organizations, or manufacturers.

Any training, purchase, communication, membership, employment, partnership, or other relationship between users and third parties is solely between those parties.

FIGHTO MAP is not responsible for disputes arising from such relationships.

28. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FIGHTO MAP shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Service.

This includes, where legally permitted:

1. Loss of profits.
2. Loss of revenue.
3. Loss of business opportunities.
4. Loss of customers.
5. Loss of data.
6. Loss of reputation.
7. Business interruption.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

29. Changes to the Service

FIGHTO MAP may modify, improve, replace, or discontinue features of the Service.

We may also introduce new features or remove existing features.

Where reasonably possible, we may provide notice of significant changes.

30. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

The latest version will always be available on this page.

The Last Updated date will indicate when the Terms were most recently revised.

Continued use of FIGHTO MAP after the updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

31. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws applicable to the jurisdiction of the FIGHTO MAP operating entity, unless mandatory consumer protection or other applicable laws provide otherwise.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove rights that cannot legally be excluded under the laws applicable to you.
