FIGHTO MAP was created by people from the Kyokushin Karate community - PROKYOKUSHIN. With Kyokushin at its heart, the platform helps people find dojos, clubs and instructors while bringing together the wider world of martial arts.
Our Mission
Our mission is to make martial arts easier to find. We started with Kyokushin Karate — the martial art we know best and have been part of for more 20 years — but we believe that finding a place to train should be easier for everyone.
Through our work in Kyokushin, kickboxing and martial arts media, we have built connections with athletes, coaches, clubs and organizations from many different disciplines. That is why FIGHTO MAP was created not only for Kyokushin Karate, but as a platform open to the wider martial arts community.

Who We Are
FIGHTO MAP was created by people who have been part of the Kyokushin Karate world for more than 20 years. Martial arts have always been more than just an area of work for us — they are a community we know from the inside. Over the years, we have trained, worked with athletes and instructors, supported martial arts projects and provided media coverage through websites and social media.
Kyokushin Karate is where our story began and remains at the heart of FIGHTO MAP. At the same time, throughout the years we have also worked closely with kickboxing and built friendships and professional connections with people from many other martial arts and combat sports.

This is why we decided not to limit FIGHTO MAP to Kyokushin alone. While Kyokushin Karate remains the main focus and foundation of the platform, we want to create a place that can grow together with the wider martial arts community.
The original idea was born more than 20 years ago. At that time, it was much smaller and focused on Kyokushin Karate in one country. But over the years, the idea continued to grow. We regularly received messages and questions from people looking for a dojo, a coach or a place to train in different cities and countries.
Finding the right place to train is not always easy. Information can be spread across websites, social media pages and different local sources. Sometimes people simply do not know where to start looking — especially after moving to a new city, travelling to another country or searching for a club for their child.
After many years, the experience, connections and ideas finally came together. FIGHTO MAP was created with one simple goal: to help people find a trainer and a place to train more easily.
We hope FIGHTO MAP will become a useful meeting point between martial arts clubs and the people looking for them — starting with the Kyokushin community we know so well and growing together with other martial arts around the world.
