Subscription Terms

These Subscription Terms (“Subscription Terms”) govern the purchase, use, renewal, and cancellation of paid subscription plans offered by FIGHTO.map.

By purchasing a subscription, you agree to these Subscription Terms, our Terms of Service, and our Privacy Policy.

1. Subscription Plans

FIGHTO.map offers both free and paid subscription plans.

Basic Plan

The Basic plan is free and allows users to access core features of the platform.

Available features may change from time to time.

Paid Plans

Paid subscriptions provide additional features and benefits that may include:

1. Enhanced club profile
2. Featured placement
3. Additional photos
4. Video support
5. Social media links
6. Extended profile customization
7. Other premium features described on the Pricing page

Features may vary depending on the selected subscription plan.

2. Subscription Period

Subscriptions are billed in advance according to the selected billing cycle.

Available billing options may include:

1. Monthly
2. Annual

Your subscription remains active until the end of the paid billing period unless canceled.

3. Automatic Renewal

Unless canceled before the renewal date, paid subscriptions automatically renew for the same billing period.

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize FIGHTO.map or its payment provider to charge your selected payment method for each renewal.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

When you cancel:

1. Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.
2. No further automatic payments will be charged after cancellation.
3. Premium features will expire at the end of the paid subscription period.

Cancellation does not immediately terminate access to premium features.

5. Free Plan

Users may continue using the free Basic plan after a paid subscription expires or is canceled.

Access to premium features will be removed automatically when the subscription period ends.

6. Payments

Payments are securely processed by third-party payment providers.

By completing a purchase, you confirm that:

1. You are authorized to use the selected payment method.
2. The payment information you provide is accurate.
3. You authorize the applicable subscription charges.

Prices are displayed before payment is completed.

Applicable taxes may be added where required by law.

7. Price Changes

FIGHTO.map may update subscription prices at any time.

Price changes will not affect the current paid billing period.

Renewals after a price change will use the updated pricing.

8. Refund Policy

All subscription payments are final.

Once a subscription payment has been successfully processed, no refunds, credits, or partial refunds will be provided, including but not limited to:

1. Cancellation during the billing period;
2. Failure to use the subscription;
3. Closing or deleting your account;
4. Downgrading to the Basic plan;
5. Accidental purchase;
6. Change of business circumstances.

Your subscription will remain active until the end of the paid billing period.

Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable rights that may be granted to consumers under applicable law.

9. Failed Payments

If a payment cannot be completed, we may:

1. Retry the payment;
2. Suspend premium features;
3. Downgrade the account to the Basic plan;
4. Restrict access to paid services until payment is successfully completed.

10. Changes to Subscription Features

We may improve, modify, replace, or discontinue subscription features at any time.

We strive to provide advance notice whenever reasonably possible.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate subscriptions if:

1. These Terms are violated;
2. Fraudulent activity is detected;
3. Payments are reversed or disputed;
4. The Service is used unlawfully.

Termination for violation of these Terms does not entitle the user to a refund.

12. Limitation of Liability

FIGHTO.map is not responsible for:

1. Business losses;
2. Lost revenue;
3. Lost customers;
4. Loss of advertising value;
5. Indirect or consequential damages related to subscription services.

13. Changes to These Subscription Terms

We may update these Subscription Terms from time to time.

The most recent version will always be published on this page.

Continued use of a subscription after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
