For users in jurisdictions where applicable data protection law requires additional information about data obtained indirectly, we identify publicly accessible sources as a potential source of information. - Club owners

FIGHTO.map is a public directory.
Certain information contained in a club, instructor, federation, organization, or manufacturer listing may be publicly visible.
Depending on the listing, this may include:
- Name
- Club name

Users should not publish personal information that they do not want to make publicly available.
7. Claiming an Existing Listing
A club or instructor may already appear on FIGHTO.map before the owner or instructor creates an account.
This may happen when the listing was created by FIGHTO.map administration using publicly available information.
If you find your club or instructor profile on FIGHTO.map, you may request access to the existing listing.
Claim Listing
The owner, instructor, or authorized representative may:
- Find the existing listing.
- Select Claim Listing.
- Create or sign in to a FIGHTO.map account.
- Provide information required to demonstrate their connection with the club or listing.
- Complete the verification process if requested.
- Connect the existing listing to their account after approval.
Claiming a listing does not create a duplicate club page.
Once approved, the authorized account may manage and update the existing listing according to FIGHTO.map rules.
FIGHTO.map may request additional information to verify that a person is authorized to manage a particular listing.
8. Correcting or Updating Information
If you believe information displayed on FIGHTO.map is incorrect, outdated, incomplete, or misleading, you may contact us and request a correction.
Requests may be submitted by:
- The club owner

Requests can be sent to:
info(@)fighto-map.com
Please provide enough information for us to identify the relevant listing or information.
Where the request concerns personal data, we will assess the request under applicable data protection law.
Where information is required to remain available for a legitimate legal reason, we may retain it or restrict its use instead of deleting it.
The right to erasure is not absolute and may be subject to legal exceptions. Under GDPR Article 17, erasure applies in specified circumstances and includes exceptions where retention is necessary for certain legal purposes.

- Account information
- Login information
- Personal contact information
- Profile information

- Personal data associated with the account
If the account manages a club, instructor, or manufacturer listing, account deletion may also affect access to that listing.

A public listing may remain on FIGHTO.map where it contains information that is not personal data, where the information was independently sourced from publicly available information, or where another lawful basis for retaining or displaying the information applies.
You may separately request removal or correction of information contained in a public listing.
