Our philosophy is to combine karate instruction with sports science to maximize the potential of each individual.
Leveraging my experience as a trainer, having supported the performance improvement of many athletes,
Based on knowledge from sports science, including mechanics, anatomy, and kinesiology,
We incorporate body mechanics such as how to use your body, stabilizing your center of gravity, and the quality of your movements into our karate training.
I myself led a somewhat wild life until I was in junior high school.
However, in his third year of junior high school, he encountered Kyokushin Karate and through daily training he developed "mind, technique, and body."
My life has changed dramatically thanks to the training I received.
From this experience, I am convinced that karate has the power to turn people's lives around for the better.
While cherishing the spirit of Kyokushin inherited from President Masutatsu Oyama.
