Black Dojo is a Kyokushin Karate club led by Natalia Stachowicz, 2nd Dan, a representative of Poland and an Official Dojo Operator of the International Karate Organization Kyokushinkaikan. Natalia is also an instructor of Kyokushin Karate, kettlebell and yoga, as well as a physical preparation coach. She also serves as Vice President of Ostródzki Klub Kyokushin Karate.
Natalia began training Kyokushin Karate at the age of 6 in 2006 in Ostróda under the guidance of Sensei Artur Małż. Since then, she has participated in numerous seminars, training camps, national team camps and courses, developing extensive experience both as a competitor and instructor.
As a representative of Poland, she has competed internationally in countries including Japan, the United States, France, Spain, Austria, Romania and Bulgaria. Her major senior achievements include 2nd place at the 36th European Weight Category Championships in Wrocław in 2023, 5th place at the European Open Championship in Myślenice in 2022, as well as medals at the Polish, Spanish and German Championships.
During her junior career, Natalia won two bronze medals at the European Championships, two European Cup titles, as well as Polish and German championship titles and a silver medal at the Austrian Championships.
Black Dojo develops Kyokushin Karate while combining martial arts training with physical preparation and overall fitness development.
