Kyokushin Karate Samurai – Vienna

IKO Shihan Bekim Neziri began training in karate at the age of 10. He discovered Kyokushin Karate through Sensei Vladimir Sintic and continued his development in the discipline for many years. In 2014, he successfully passed his 5th Dan examination in Japan.

Bekim Neziri studied computer science in Zagreb and Vienna and also worked in the IT sector. In 1999, he founded the Kyokushin Karate SAMURAI dojo in Vienna. He later completed the official Austrian training programme for state-certified Karate instructors.

Throughout his career, Shihan Neziri has participated in numerous European and international competitions and has also served as a referee. With more than 20 years of experience as a Karate instructor, extensive knowledge of martial arts and a broad range of language skills, he brings a wealth of experience to his daily work as a dojo leader.

His teaching approach focuses not only on physical fitness and technical development but also on confidence, discipline and personal growth. Students are encouraged to overcome their own limitations and discover their physical and mental potential through regular Kyokushin Karate training.

For Shihan Neziri, Karate is more than a demanding sport. It is a way to strengthen both body and mind and to develop greater balance in everyday life. He is particularly motivated by seeing students gain confidence as they progress, especially those who initially doubt their physical abilities.

Through consistent training, students learn that their bodies are capable of much more than they initially expect. This process of improvement helps them build confidence not only in their Karate skills, but also in themselves.
