This Public Offer ("Offer") sets out the basic terms under which FIGHTO MAP provides paid digital subscription services to users.

By purchasing a paid subscription on FIGHT MAP, you confirm that you have read and accepted this Offer, the Subscription Terms, and the Terms of Service.

2. Subject of the Offer

FIGHT MAP provides users with access to additional platform features available under selected paid subscription plans.

The specific features, price, and subscription period are displayed to the user before completing the purchase.

The free Basic plan is available without payment and is not subject to this Offer.

3. Acceptance of the Offer

The Offer is considered accepted when the user completes the subscription purchase and payment.

By completing the purchase, the user confirms that:

1. The information provided is accurate.
2. They have the legal capacity to enter into the agreement.
3. They agree to these terms.
4. They agree to the applicable Subscription Terms and Terms of Service.

4. Price and Payment

The subscription price is displayed before payment is completed.

Payment is processed through the payment provider made available by FIGHT MAP.

The subscription is activated after successful payment.

Applicable taxes may be added where required by law.

5. Subscription and Renewal

Paid subscriptions may be offered on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the plans available on FIGHT MAP.

Where automatic renewal applies, the subscription will renew for the same billing period unless canceled before the renewal date.

The user may cancel future renewals through the available account settings.

6. No Refunds

Subscription payments are non-refundable after payment has been successfully processed, except where a refund is required by applicable law.

Cancellation of a subscription does not create a right to a partial refund for the remaining period.

If an account is suspended or terminated because of a violation of the Terms of Service or other FIGHT MAP rules, no refund, credit, or compensation will be provided for the unused portion of the paid subscription, regardless of the remaining subscription period, except where required by applicable law.

7. Suspension and Termination

FIGHT MAP may suspend or terminate an account in accordance with the Terms of Service, including where the user violates platform rules or publishes prohibited content.

A paid subscription does not prevent suspension or termination.

8. Digital Service

The purchased subscription provides access to digital features of FIGHT MAP.

FIGHT MAP does not sell physical goods as part of the subscription and does not guarantee any particular business result, number of visitors, leads, customers, or other commercial outcome from using paid features.

9. Changes

FIGHT MAP may modify subscription plans, features, and pricing.

Changes to an existing subscription will be handled in accordance with the applicable Subscription Terms and mandatory consumer protection laws.
